  • PHYSICAL THERAPY
    Simply put, Physical therapy (PT) is care that aims to ease pain and help you function, move, and live better.
  • HAND THERAPY
    Hand therapy is the art and science of evaluating and treating injuries and conditions of the hand. It uses a number of therapeutic interventions to help return a person to their highest level of function. It evolved from the need for a specialist with the knowledge and experience required to manage the challenging recovery of complex hand and upper extremity injuries.
  • WORKERS COMPENSATION
    Workers Compensation related injuries require specialized treatment plans. We can help.
  • ORTHOPEDIC REHABILITATION
    Orthopedic rehabilitation includes any injury or condition that is affecting your muscles, bones, cartilage, joints, tendons or ligaments. That includes things like arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, sports injuries, broken bones, joint replacements, ACL tears and many more.
  • SENIOR WELLNESS
    Senior wellness programs offer a variety of health benefits as well as educational and information resources for seniors in all demographics. Guiding behaviors, habits and lifestyle enhances quality of life for many seniors, and offers ideas and tips on how to life longer, healthier lives.
  • NEUROLOGICAL REHABILITATION
    Neurological rehabilitation (rehab) is a doctor-supervised program designed for people with diseases, injury, or disorders of the nervous system. Neurological rehab can often improve function, reduce symptoms, and improve the well-being of the patient.
  • POST & PRE-SURGICAL REHABILITATION
    Post-Surgical Rehabilitation comes immediately after surgery when the body part may be immobilized while pain and swelling subside. Then comes a series of progressively challenging exercises to restore range of motion, stability, and strength. The final goal is to return the patient to a pre-injury activity level. Pre-Surgical Rehabilitation is undergone by the patient prior to undergoing surgery.
  • MASSAGE THERAPY
    Massage is a type of integrative medicine in which a massage therapist manipulates your skin, muscles, tendons and ligaments. In massage therapy, a trained, certified medical professional (massage therapist) manipulates the soft tissues of your body — muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin.
  • MUSCLE & JOINT PAIN
    You can work with a physical therapist to strengthen the muscles around the joint, stabilize the joint, and improve your range of motion. The therapist will use techniques such as ultrasound, heat or cold therapy, electrical nerve stimulation, and manipulation.

  • BALANCE/VESTIBULAR REHABILITATION
    Balance/Vestibular rehabilitation is an exercise-based program, designed by a specialty-trained vestibular physical therapist, to improve balance and reduce problems related to dizziness.
  • FROZEN SHOULDER
    Frozen Shoulder is a condition characterized by stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint. The condition occurs more commonly in people with diabetes and in people who’ve kept their arm immobilized for a long period of time. Symptoms may start gradually and resolve within one or two years. Treatment involves stretching and sometimes injecting corticosteroids and numbing medications into the joint capsule. In some cases, surgery is used to loosen the joint capsule.
  • CARPEL TUNNEL SYNDROME
    Carpal tunnel syndrome can cause a numbness and tingling in the hand and arm caused by a pinched nerve in the wrist. Wrist anatomy, underlying health conditions, and patterns of hand use can contribute to carpal tunnel syndrome. Key symptoms are pain in the hand and arm with numbness or tingling.
